Jeremiah Shine, Coolehenane [Coolyhenan], in the liberties of the City of Limerick, of the second part. Property, That part of the lands of Coolehenane [Coolyhenan] bounded on the west with the Cork road and containing according to James Cahill's survey 4 acres 2 roods and 5 perches. Term, For the remainder of the original lease. Condition, Forty-two pounds to be paid in hand by Shine. Yearly rent of £2 16 shillings and 3 pence to be paid by two equal instalments on 25 March and 25 September. The crop of potatoes now tilling to be dug up and taken away on or before 1 December.
