Draft will of Michael Shine of Cooleyhenan [Coolyhenan], county Limerick, leaving the farm part of his residuary estate to his brother James, and the interest in his farm at Carrigbreilly [Carrigarreely?] to his brother Matthew. His Great Southern and Western Railway annuities to be divided equally between his sisters Mary and Kate. The insurance policy he holds on Mrs Hemsworth’s life to his sister Ellen Murphy. Five hundred pounds to be held in trust for the advancement in life of his nephew and godson Jeremiah Edmund, son of his brother Matthew. His horse, ‘Photograph’, with his bridle, saddle and clothes to his brother Rody. The rest of his property to his brother Matthew. He appoints Matthew Shine, James Shine and Edward Beauchamp as executors.
