Letter from Joseph M. Harvey, Limerick, relating to the petition for leave to present a bill for a City Hospital and the generosity of the Barrington family, and the potential suspension of works on Wellesley Bridge [now Sarsfield Bridge] and Docks owing to a lack of funds. The letter also discusses bridge design and the inspection by James Pain of the bridge drawings by Henry Baker, Inspecting Engineer. May 1826.
